What software would you recommend to cut/split a MTS file without re-encoding?

I have very recently been put onto VideoReDo through this forum.
It costs about $95 and I will be puchasing a copy very shortly,
however it does come with a fully functional trial and the trial
key is sent to your email after registration. It is capable of
opening MTS according to the website and Videos can be trimmed
which is a feature I was after.

Give it a free try- I was more than happy with the results and the recommendation
and I'm sure that if it opens MTS files it would export them too.

Edit: Product instructional and details can be found here

No problem - by the way if you want some further info on working
with video I think I really started something at this thread!!!!

All the different formats are turning my head in circles but the
recommendation for VideoRD was made buy the guys here. If you have
a question I'm sure one of them will be able to help you as they are very knowledgable.
Beware of the acronyms though- u have been warned!!! :)
