Some emails sent to Delete

For some inexplicable reason, some of my emails are sent to the delete box, so I have to go to "Rules" and change their destinations.

Why is Delete selected all the time as shown in the screen shot, and how can I change it please?

And before anyone asks me why I don't look in Office for Du8mmies, I don't have a copy, yet.
