I recommend trying a restart if you haven't already. Then try running windows update again and update all important and critical downloads. Make sure you download any update, hidden or otherwise, that talk about compatability. What updates are you speaking of when you talk about updating? Are they the Windows updates?

Did you update anything else? Whenever your computer updates, it is usually best to leave it alone until it is finished updating so nothing gets messed up. You can also try a restore point if you have one if nothing else seems to be working. See this tutorial for the restore, brought to you by Mr. Brink, only the best: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html

That wasn't a good idea, You should have tried to let the updates configuare as long as you could give them. Sometimes they take a really long time, and restarting the computer in the middle of an update or configuration can corrupt it. I would try to restore the computer to a time before the updates took place and reinstall them proper. You can even do it at night if it takes too long for your liking.

I've installed a lot of thinks and since yesterday i found out that some files won't open.

I guess is the only option is to restore it.

I see that windows cannot process like 30+ updates

They have come out with windows SP1 update, and that particular update contains many of the 30+ updates you mentioned in a single update. I would look to download that one before the others. Although, it may require you to update windows update itself first before hand. Also, update critical and important updates before you install the optional updates, and I too would take it slow.

what sort of files are not opening, be specific. I would try the update again, do the SP1 update first if you see it, take them slow, don't turn off the computer in the middle of updating.
