Some of my laptop keys are not working

HI,
I am using HP G6 2105tx model with win 7 home basic 64 bit
I have some specific keys on my keyboard not working.. these keys are ( Right Shift, Left arrow, Up arrow, Numpad 0 and Numpad Enter ) i havent spilled any kind of liquid or do not have any physical damage or problem with may laptop... recently i also see toredo tunneling adapter in my laptop could not start showing code 10 error.. i dont know if these two are anyway linked :huh:
i also tried to edit the registry parameters of TCPIP6 to 0 but it didnt worked.. after restart it again changes to 142.. I also updated the keyboard driver.. still nothing
i am really having trouble with my PC, if anyone can please give me a solution i will be really thankful to him/her..

hello raj, This is quite common in laptops well it was with mine.

I found out that the problem was cause by crumbs below the keys. but it is really easy to fix. It could also be caused by the key bracket.

place a flat head screwdriver or your finger nail, at the corner of the key, And apply a little upward pressure they key should pop offf.

Have a look for any crumbs ect, wobble the bracket to see if this helps.

To re-apply they key just place it on top of the bracket and push down until you hear a click.
