Solved My keyboard "shift keys" are not working.

i am having issues with my keyboard, " Razor black widow " when ever i press [shift] and i, i do not get a capital; i just get nothing, also when i press [shift]+2 i do not get " i get a [@] symbol..... i have to press [shift]+[@] keys to get a "
