Sony Vegas 11 - Simple Help Needed.

Hi there. Does anyone know how i can get the 'Text' option back that's usually next to 'Media Generators' and 'Video FX'. It randomly disappeared. Please see the picture to see what i mean.

I don't recall ever seeing a separate Text tab. To insert text into a timeline use the Text option shown in the Media Generator tab.

There is a separate tab there as it was when i first installed it, but it just disappeared 7

Edit: maybe there wasn't, but there was a text option in there that didn't lag and also i could re position the text! anyone else have sony vegas 11 Pro so they can show me a screenshot of theres?

well to be honest with you im one of the ones that edit new blue key codes and i will say never in any of them have i ever seen a text tab but if there is one it can be found in the following place in sony vegas

top bar at the top click view and the ones that are ticked are the ones showing if theres a text view there click that and you will have it back if its not there then im not sure m8 sorry but any way i hope this resolves your problem

well to be honest with you im one of the ones that edit new blue key codes and i will say never in any of them have i ever seen a text tab but if there is one it can be found in the following place in sony vegas

top bar at the top click view and the ones that are ticked are the ones showing if theres a text view there click that and you will have it back if its not there then im not sure m8 sorry but any way i hope this resolves your problem

Thing is, when i go to media generator's then text, the preset's there are pre positioned. It's like sony vegas has removed a few of the text options, that had the option to move text where ever you want on the screen? hmm.

yes Vegas has made a few changes with text in its time the box its self can be moved but that would involve the hole media moving i have Vegas 8.0 pro cant say how i got it on here coz it would go against the rules and i respect this forums rules but if you want to downgrade to 8.0 i can provide it to you pm me on you tube just look up elfenliedtopfan5 thanks elfenliedtopfan
