I went to Sony's website to download the trial version of Sony Vegas pro 12.0, and it downloaded me the installer. So i double clicked the installer and a small screen popped up asking do i want to let this program make changes to my computer. After clicking yes, nothing happened. No error sign, no nothing. So i went to my Task Manager to check and there it was. On the process section was a thing called vegaspro12.0. but i couldn't do anything else with it than close it. Also if i open the installer, lets say three times, there's three vegaspro12.0 in the task manager.

Any help is needed.

Just a guess - check to see if you have the latest version of QuickTime installed. There is some sort of weird dependency between Vegas and QuickTime - check the Vegas System Requirements list to see it.

I got frustrated and asked the files from my friend and now it works. Except when i try to actually open vegas the normal loading screen comes up but it just stops to ''Initializing UI...'' and nothing happens. But if i wait for like about 10 seconds, in to the top right corner of my screen pops up an empty window called ''SfVstServer''. Any Idea why?

This might help.

What is sfvstserver.exe ? | System Explorer

Just using Google as my knowledge base.
My understanding of this situation is it could be a infection. If it's not a infection it is part of the Sony program.
Because of the method you used to install this program you could have many SfVstServer installed and using a lot of resources.

Their is a lot more information if you Google SfVstServer

Well i searched my computer for viruses and nothing was found. Then i restarted my computer and it still froze to ''Initializing UI'' but the ''SfVstServer'' window never came up. Any idea why?
