Good afternoon/morning/eveving everyone.

Recently the wheel of my speakers were unable to change the sound volume.

So i bough the exact same speakers as before because i love the quality of them.
Its a *S-120 Black Speaker by Logitech)

Now here is the problem. When i plug them in the back of my PC sound only comes out of 1 box.
When i plug it in the front i get sound from both sides but because the wires are so long i prefer to put them in the back.

None of the other plug in ports seem to work and i checked the balance of it all and they are equal.

Its not the plug in ports that are broken

Im certain of it because i used my old speakers in that port and the day i bought the new speakers as also the day i threw away my old speakers.w

Please help me with this problem.

Are you fully inserting the plug into the (green) speaker jack? If its only partially inserted you will only get one side.

Do you have a headset you can use to test? Plug the headset into the rear GREEN speaker jack to see if you get both channels or one channel.
