I was using my computer with headphones, then sound only started playing through 1 speaker. They work fine on everything else. I tried to restart my computer, but that didn't do anything. Is there any way to fix this?

If I understand you correctly you had headphones plugged in and when you removed them only one speaker has sound. That sounds like a defective headphone jack. Disconnect the front panel headphone/Mic jack connection on the the motherboard and then see if both speakers are working. If they are that would confirm a problem with the front panel headphone jack.

So are you plugging in the speakers into the same port that your using the headphones with? What brand/models are both the speakers and headphones? It could be a bad port like fireberd said so you can try another port. It could also be the Sound settings but I require more information before we go any further.
