Speakers Not Working

Hey,
Here's the story, so today I decided it was about time to clean my computer out of all the dust so I unplugged everything and proceeded with doing so. After replugging everything back in the speakers had stopped working. I tried a few things in a attempt to solve it such as:
- Putting in all audio jacks.
- Plugging in headphones ( Which actually gave me sound through the headphones, however still no sound through speakers)
- Tried putting all the sound up to max.
- Restarting the computer.
- Disabling audio drivers and re-enabling and restarting computer.
- Updating sound drivers.

All that and still nothing I am here to ask you if you can help me figure this out or tell me to buy a new set of speakers.

PS: My speakers are Logitech Ls21 2.1. I also have windows 7 32 bit

My instinct says that something to do with your speakers is fully or partially disconnected because it sounds like everything else is working, and all you did was clean the system. Have you gone back and checked to make sure that everything related to the speakers is/are fully and firmly connected/plugged in?

yeh they are all firmly plugged in, I have even firmly plugged it in to other audio jacks

Are you sure they are all firmly connected to the right places?

Perhaps the Realtek HD Audio Manager is not recognizing them automatically. Try manually as shown below.

yeh they are firmly connected to the right places, and tried that and still dont work.

Have you checked the sound levels from the Windows volume manager to see if "Front" is at zero?
Playback Devices > Speakers > Properties > Levels > Front.

I tried that and it stopped my headphones from working and the speaking also didn't change

Connect the headphones to the rear green connector... works?

Yeh when I connect the headphones to the green connecter at rear audio comes out of headphone so its something to do with speakers I think.

Probably. Look for the manufacturer's authorized dealer of your speakers.

At the Realtek contol panel, make sure you have "Disable front panel detection" UNCHECKED or if it is unchecked when you first see it, try checking it and see if sound comes out in the front panel.

Well it was unchecked before and rechecked and plugged speaker into it. Also plugged speaker into with it unchecked and still nothing

How about that AMD HDMI Output, was it listed as "not plugged in" before you did the cleaning? Maybe that should get enabled as well.

It seems that we are getting closer to narrowing the cause as improper hardware connection or maybe something got broke when you tried to clean it up. Try re-checking your connections again.

heres a few screenshots.

Levels.......take the bar on the right and drag it down.
It will reveal a bunch of levels. Look for "Front" and make sure it's not at zero.

I dont know about the AMD HDMI Output being listed before I cleaned because I didn't need to check as the speakers were working fine before then, and concerning the levels they are pretty exactly like the image you posted

As long as the Front is not at zero for Stereo, then that's good, because it's possible to have all the other levels up, but if the "Front" is at zero, you won't hear anything. I only mention this because there are options in the Realtek manager that the Windows volume manager doesn't have and vise versa.

I am pretty sure because I tried updating my drivers as one of the solutions
