Great news. I just figured out the problem. It turns out that X-Fire is the cause for this, which somewhat makes sense. If X-Fire is trying to pop up while the game is playing, Starcraft might bug out and cause these lines to come up. The fix is simply to turn off X-Fire while you are playing and the graphics should run normally. Love it when you can figure things out with a little research. Here's where I found the fix.
