hi, the latest post on this was in 2012. has anyone found a way to always open a .txt file, wherever it is located, in full screen? and not by means of creating a shortcut to that particular .txt i can't be creating a shortcut each, all over the pc for every .txt i'll be opening man

the last post- how do i do this in Win7? i don't get to adjust file types under folder options. and program associations are in control panel>programs, but i don't see any place in folder options leading to ->
Advanced > open > Edit and replace the "application used to perform action" box with:-
cmd.exe /c start /max C:\Windows\notepad.exe %1

anyone know of a permanent solution like instructions on how to hack this in the registry? btw my other pc is running win10 and this shyt is still happening on it.
