Can anyone help with the following issue

I keeping getting the following 2 black messages box notifications shortly after booting-up my laptop

C:\windows\INSTAL~1\(73289~1\_EC2AB~1.EXE




In addition to the second black message box (C:\windows\INSTAL~1\(4A65D~1\_A685C~1.EXE), I also recieve a 3rd white message box titled -16 bit MSDOS Subsystem

This box has the following message

The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction

CS:0de7IP:0ldfOP:0f 00 09 00 00

Is this the original factory preinstall with all it's crapware and useless utilities interfering with Win7? If so consider a vastly superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which will solve all performance problems not related to hardware.

Work through these Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 establishing a Clean Boot, testing hardware, uninstalling any preinstalled crapware you don't use, checking the logs for repeat errors to google for resolution, cleaning up old files, optimizing per the Best Practices in tutorial.
