Start Up Problem

I have a very strange problem. When I plug my hp probook 4510s it starts by itself ( I do not have to press the start button ) After 3 sec. the computer stops and again starts ( the 2nd time it is continuing loading the Windows ). Could anyone help me with solving that. Please!

How long have you had this problem?
Have you checked in Event Viewer for red error messages?
Is this product under Warranty?
