Start Up Problem

I have a very strange problem. When I plug my hp probook 4510s it starts by itself ( I do not have to press the start button ) After 3 sec. the computer stops and again starts ( the 2nd time it is continuing loading the Windows ). Could anyone help me with solving that. Please! :)

How long have you had this problem?
Have you checked in Event Viewer for red error messages?
Is this product under Warranty?
