Download MemTest86, create a bootable disk and boot from that. It will run automatically and check your memory for you, let it run for at least ten passes unless it finds problems before that.
Please also fill in your system specs so we have an idea of what hardware we're actually trying to diagnose.

Did you run diagnostics on your hard drive as per post #9? You still haven't filled in your system specs as per post #4 so it will be hard to recommend the correct one for you.
