starts on safe mode but not on normal mode

I am using windows 7 32 bit on my computer. while booting my computer initial windows 7 logo appears with keyboard num lock lit; but after the logo stuff; the user choice screen should have appeared but; the num lock key goes off and doesn't re light and black screen appears.

But it works fine with safe mode and safe mode with networking?? What could be the problem??

As always, I recommend running a full scan with your installed antivirus suite. Then run a second or third on-demand scanner like Malwarebyes, Hitman Pro, Windows Offline Defender, etc just in case your installed suite missed something.

If this problem just began with a couple of days ago you could try using a restore point to return your computer to a date/time prior to the problem starting.

You could also try doing a clean startup (AKA clean boot) to troubleshoot apps and services that may be causing the issue.
