Startup Repair Infinite Loop Recovery

I now hope I am in the right spot to get some help. I am new at this stuff and I couldn't figure out how and where to post my problem.

Now I implemented the tutorial about my problem and it worked just great except that whenever I start or restart, the problem is still there and I have to use the tutorial again to use my PC. I am now thinking of leaving it on 24/7.

Is this all because of some lousy updates from Microsoft as some others are saying. Do I continue to update. I need some help in this matter. Anyone have some suggestions other than reloading again because I did that and the problem came back.

Sorry, but that is the routine that I am saying works great but it does not make the problem disappear. It just comes right back when I start up the PC again.
