Status running application on 2nd monitor - question

I have recently put together a dual monitor setup and now enjoy 24" (primary) and my old 22" as a secondary monitor. Can someone advise of any good applications that Iam able to run on my second monitor which would show me local weather, forecast, time, date, resources currently running, etc... something to make my second monitor useful while I use one for web browsing...

I have currently added about 6 gadgets (mini browser, weather app, clock, CPU Meter, USB Easy removal shortcut gadget and APP Launcher. It kind of does the job but I'd prefer to have one app do it all - if it exists at all...

I think rainmeter will do it. However I have never used it so I cannot say for sure.

You might try Google gadgets; don't know off-hand if it has everything you want but there are many.
