This is my second time in the last year to be experiencing numerous BSOD. My computer also freezes up at least once a day. Please help.

Just had a look at your dumps which are pretty sporadic, first steps i would recommend you disable readyboost as that is listed as the cause of some crashes, update your graphics drivers to the latest ones or remove and reinstall, its best to uninstall old drivers then run http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/83814-drivers-clean-left-over-files-after-uninstalling.html to ensure a clean system then install new drivers from here Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers its easiest to auto detect what you need if your not sure.

You also have a quite old driver on your system may be good to update it Rt64win7.sys 22/05/2009 = http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=Rt64win7.sys
