Stop error "bugcode_usb_driver" occurs when physically moving laptop

Hello,

My Sony Vaio laptop model VPCF224FD developed an interesting problem this morning. It's been chiming as if a media device was disconnected whenever I move or set down the laptop, and now if it happens too often it seems to trigger a BSOD with the following error message:

Bugcode_usb_driver

Stop: 0x000000FE (0x0000000000000008, 0x0000000000000006, 0x0000000000000005, 0xFFFFFA85FFB20)

Sony had me reformat my computer, but it didn't resolve the issue (not too surprised there, but oh well). Neither Sony's agent or google searching the error have been able to tell me anything more about the error code. Before I spend even more money taking it in for repairs, is anyone able to help me clarify the error code please?

Thank you!

► [COLOR=Red][B]A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP.[/B][/COLOR] Report Id: .
This is usually not necessary, but at lease it will give us something to look at,
please upload the Kernel dump file using Dropbox or Skydrive,
the file is located in the Windows directory and is usually a few hundred Megabytes in size.
Code:
C:\Windows\MEMORY.dmp

Just to cover all bases please take a good look at the physical condition of all of the USB
ports and verify that no physical damage is present.
If possible please upload (HI-Res) images of the ports as well :) .

Just for follow up, I took it in for repairs. It was a loose/broken webcam cable. All fixed now :)
