Strange Command Prompt Issue

This problem also occurred in build 7264.

Whenever I open command prompt, whether it be running it as admin or not, it causes explorer to crash within 15-20 seconds of opening it. Explorer restarts just fine, and the problem will not occur again unless I re-open command prompt.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Never had a crash here and i use command prompt alot.
