Strange folders in AppData/Local

Hello Softbrain & Welcome to Sevenforums!
I would let those files stay where they are, the AppData is usually hidden so users shouldn't be able to manipulate/delete them. I would let them stay, as they're used to store your memory in the applications and software you're running.

They are folders created by Windows Live, each day when you open, for example Windows Live mail. They should be located in AppData/Local/Temp., and should be deleted automatically. However they are being created in the wrong place (bug).
I delete them if they are empty.

What I know, I posted here - only confirming WL Mail as the suspected culprit. No WL Msgr on my system.
