strange issue

i have seen this before.... anyways thnx for pointing it out... this is not my prob bro...

I know it seems it is not identical... but have you used the info to check you have the correct and latest drivers etc?

Finally, i put 2 GB of RAM (my friend's) in my system... then restarted... checked adobe audition.... problem is still there....

2 GB as my MB supports upto 2 GB

1. yes.... i've a 32bit system

Oh, yes you did say that. Man, I really can't figure out what's wrong here. I feel really bad for you. Those buttons on each track are what make the whole program useful.

You're right, missed that in the spec's... that's a bummer.
That means that, to do a similar test, you'll have to try to run it a session that is as clean as possible, i.e. turn off (as a test) EVERYTHING you do not need, including AV and firewall (disconnect LAN for this test maybe) and all other software apart from Audition. all we need to see is if there is a difference (maybe in timing alone) as to when this problem appears.
