I'm having an issue with a Dell printer that I'm stuck on and can't seem to get a resolution for. Dell isnt being very helpful either. The issue is, whenever something is printed from the web, the job sits in the queue and the print spooler service stops. I have to shut down the printer, and then keep restarting the spooler service until I can delete the job from the queue. Once I do that, and power on the printer, it works fine. I've tried IE and Chrome, with no luck. I've tried the drivers that shipped on disc and the latest from the Dell site, with no luck. Printing from any other app is fine. The user has two other network printers connected, and can print from the web to either of those without an issue.
