Strangest BSOD?

I've been getting a couple BSOD, and the weird thing is that yesterday I would open up Mozilla, after around 30s it would just close and everytime i would try to re open it, an orgasm sound plays. It's so weird, after that I checked my processes and found that I had a second explorer.exe, opened it's file location and it had a Black Ops 2 icon, I deleted it, and I got another BSOD. Did a virus check, and cleaned everything up,since then I didn't get anything, but just now I pressed the Shut Down icon on the Start menu, and tada! Another BSOD.

I hope you can help me with this! It's so annoying!

EDIT:Another BSOD after pressing the Shut Down button on the Start menu!
