Stuck after passing checking file system c: screen became black

So here's my problem
I hibernated my PC and when i turn it on it say windows can't start or something so I restart it.
When the PC turn back on i found myself with 2 options: launch startup repair or start normally.
This thing happens a lot so i choose start windows as usual.
Suddenly it says checking file system c
I let it be for about 10 min it says that windows having a problem cause of recent app
So i let it be for 5 minutes and suddenly it shows black screen with cursor like how it supposed to be before log in to windows. I though i had to wait so i wait but nothing happen. I tried every solution i found online like press windows button and type cmd or r, press ctrl alt del, and trying safe mode. None of those worked!
I don't want to re install the windows cause i don't have the installation cd
Btw i tried to press on anything so that the check got cancelled but it returns to the black screen without entering login screen. Help please

Hi Matsu5003,

Welcome onboard.

I think you did not get any response mainly because your problem description could not be understood.

Press the Power button on your Desktop (?) for more than 5 seconds to shut down your PC.

Remove it from the Mains Supply and leave it for half an hour to dissipate all charges in it.

Now connect it to the mains and switch on your PC.

Describe exactly what happens after the BIOS run.

If you get an error message carefully note it down and post.

The knowledgeable folks here ( not me ) may then perhaps be able to help you on that cue/clue.
