Suddenly system won't load some graphics

I always check the weather forecast for my area here:

Stillwater, NY (12170) Forecast | Weather Underground

Lately it will not display the radar (top right) or the 10-day forecast (just below current conditions and the radar). I usually use Firefox (which is up-to-date) - the radar area is blank and the forecast graph just shows as a stationary color wheel. I also checked with IE and the radar displays, but the forecast area is blank.

How can I tell if it's a problem with my system or the site?

The fact that part of the website seems to work & parts are not displayed would certainly point to problem with the website. Leave it for a couple of days & see if they get it fixed.

I went to the local library and tried this site with Firefox, IE and Chrome. They all loaded the graphics.

Crapload of Scripts on the page. Turn off Your Script blocker. No problem with IE, and with Chrome I only had to allow the page, But with FFox it had about 7-8 exceptions I had to temporarily allow
