Syncing bookmarks to favorites

Can Firefox bookmarks be synced to IE9 favorites and vice versa?

You can transfer bookmarks from one to the other----if you change browsers, you can ultimately still use your old bookmarks.

Not sure what you mean by "sync".

But technically if the favorites and bookmarks folder are in the now OneDrive folder it should ?
Or you can look into something like sync toy which is referenced by Greg on the previous link,
