Hi, I am a newcomer and hope to find the solution for my question.
I have installed a new software in my PC and it wanted to open a website to done setting, but windows 7 shown an error "Access Denied" and prevent this website to open! (You can find this error in picture 1, attached.)

So, I clicked on this error and picture 2 shows that this because of System Administrator, but I am the administrator and I did not determine any policy thing for my PC.

So, what should I do. I want to open this website to change the setting of the just installed software. Thanks for any help and bless you.

Thank you. I read this article thoroughly, but it was started with this sentence: "After you install security update 961260 (MS09-002) on a computer that is running Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008, you may experience a problem when you visit some Web pages that are in different Internet Explorer security zones."

So, I thought this article may not help for widows 7, because it is for Vista and Server 2008. What do you think? Thanks.

Hi Tesoke,

The principal still applies,
You will have to go into your IE settings,
and ADD the name of the website to your Trusted sites settings.

Hi
Personally I believe your machine is infected I've never seen that action center System Administrator icon before
I certainly do not have it and I doubt it has anything to do with windows or an update pushed out by M$.

So what new security software did you install is my question ?
