The issue is dealt with recently here: ROBLOX.com. Try the fixes there first which seemed to solve the OP's problem.

Check for infection with Malwarebytes, check System File integrity, establish a Clean Boot, use the recommended lightweight AV - all from the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7.

Report back results for each of those then work through the other steps.

What is the problem when you attempt to install it? Some infections will block their solutions. Can we see screenshots?
