Thank you very much for the help. The SeaTool found and repaireed an error in my hard drive, and SP1 appears to have resolved all of the other issues. I truly appreciate the information as this is one that I would not have resolved alone.

Ater 4 days - system began crashing again. I ran sea tools (long and short) with no errors on HD. Have included new report. Note, system is now running SP1 as originally suggested. Also systems specs are as follows:
Dell inspiron 530
Windows Home Premium 32 bit
ACPI x86 motherboard
4.00 GB memory (2.75 usable)
nvidia geforce 8400gs graphics card

Any help in resolving this problem would be appreciated. My wife is threatening to use the computer as a target!

I found some problems with Norton 360 and corrected them, but system crashed several times while in Safe Mode. Also ran scannow with no errors, as well as SeaTools long with the same results. This is very frustrating.

Attached is a new zipped file.

Thanks in advance for any help........

There is only one BSOD and it was back from August 2010. It was caused by your Linksys Wireless USB. Your event logs don't show any BSODs since then.

What type of issue are you having? Does the computer lock up and freeze? Does it restart on its own?

Are you able to try using a wired connection instead of your Linksys USB adapter?

I still only see the one minidump and your event logs show no sign that any other BSODs occurred.

Browse to C:\windows\system32\minidump

What do you see in there? Is it just one file?

What does the error message say that you are seeing?
