System Information shows many Critical drivers

Hello again

Still trying to figure out why my USB ports and card reader are not being seen, I went into System Information/Software Environment/System Drivers and found 20 drivers were Critical.

Then I went to "Problem Devices" and their error codes as follows:

Intel(R) 7 Series/C216 Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller - 1E26 PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E26&SUBSYS_14871043&REV_04\3&11583659&0&E8 32

Intel(R) 7 Series/C216 Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller - 1E2D PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E2D&SUBSYS_14871043&REV_04\3&11583659&0&D0 32

Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E31&SUBSYS_14871043&REV_04\3&11583659&0&A0 32

Then I went to USB and these errors (I think they same errors) came up:

Intel(R) 7 Series/C216 Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller - 1E26 PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E26&SUBSYS_14871043&REV_04\3&11583659&0&E8

Intel(R) 7 Series/C216 Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller - 1E2D PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E2D&SUBSYS_14871043&REV_04\3&11583659&0&D0

Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E31&SUBSYS_14871043&REV_04\3&11583659&0&A0

I've tried everything including updating drivers, downloading from the driver's manufacturer, seeing if the downloads on ASUS were any different and they all installed, but that did not fix the issue with USB and Card Reader.

Hi Rocket,
the important bit of info is the error code 32, at the end of the line

Basically means Dissabled

Please go to device manager via control panel
You should see a very tiny down arrow on those drivers

RIGHT click on them a smaller window will open select ENABLE.

A wild guess as to why thier dissabled - ASC check the options you have selected

Hi Roy,

I didn't see your other message until just now. You instructed me to go to Device Manager through Control Panel and right click on the device where I would be able to click "enable".

I tried what you suggested with the down arrow. It asked me if I wanted to disable the drivers. I said Yes. Each driver then re-appeared after the page refreshed twice without the exclamation mark in the yellow triangle.
