System Interrupts

Hi while playing my games today, i realised that theres this insane fps drop and when i went to my resource monitor i found this thing called system interrupts which was causing my cpu usage to be around 25% when nothing is open and near to 40% while in games. How do i remove this problem thanks in advance.

Thanks for replying but can you be more specific in which hardware are the likely to cause the system interrupts?
I did a memtest i think a week ago with 10 passes and 0 errors also i restarted my desktop and the cpu usage now is back to normal around 6-20% but the system interrupts is still there so i don't know if the matter is really solved
