I am trying to do a system restore back to factory defaults using the operating system recovery disks that were given to me when I purchased my computer. They only gave me 2 disks (which are numbered 1/2 and 2/2) and now the restore process is asking for a 3rd disk? It's sitting at 78% restored right now. Am I missing something? I don't think I have another disk laying around, and definitely not one that is labeled system restore. If anyone knows a solution or has any idea what is happening please help me!

Looks like they did not give you a complete set. You were probably supposed to burn your recovery disc from the recovery partition.

But that's not a big problem. Use this approach - it will give you a much cleaner install without all that OEM bloatware.
