System reserved partion deletion

I have transfered Windows to Ssd using Acronis.
Want to use old drive for storage,Can format some of it but cant delete System Reserve partiition.Tried Partition magic etc.
How can i do this please

Assuming that you now have a working system and the old drive is connected the most complete method is the Diskpart DOS Command. You are not only trying to "format" a Partition but to remove a system partition so This requires special attention

We have a tutorial for using this method Disk - Clean and Clean All with Diskpart Command

Which should be followed carefully to clear everything down to a drive without any partitions - once at this point you can use the Disk Management app in windows to create one or more partitions and format them as needed.

You may be able to use Disk Management to achieve the wipe completely but Diskpart is a more thorough, so recommended
