System Restarting Problem

Hi my system restaring continuously.some times I poweron even CPU is running and the moniter light is blinking. i switched on and switched off switch of the power switch after several times done that system staring.

What is the Problom?

I cleaned the RAM Slots and reset the Power cables. its repeating the same problom.

My processor is AMD 1100. and the Processor is Gigabyte 880 GM - USB 3.

My guess would be that something is not completely seated fully on the mobo. Re-check all hardware and power connections and cableing.
