Monitor and restarting problems!!! Please help :(

My specs:

Amd A8 3780k processor
Asus F1A55-M motherboard
Mushkin silverline 2x4 gb RAM
640 gb hard drive western digital

so today, I was using my computer and suddenly my monitor turns off and says no input, also the lights on my gaming keyboard and mouse also turned off some reason... but the computer itself is still running. now when I try turn on the computer it would restart in around a minute and the monitor will say no input. mouse and keyboard work now. could this be the motherboard or something else? I'm currently trying to reinstall the OS (windows 7 home premium) But I can't so it due to it restarting and the monitor saying no input...

Have you checked to make sure the monitor has not become unplugged from the computer, more likely with an HDMI connection.
Also check that your graphics card is fully plugged in as well.
If this does not fix the problem it could be a PSU failure or the graphics card or the motherboard. It might be best to get it checked out professionally.

I think it's the motherboard..i am not sure..

If the monitor is not plugged in it would say no input the whole time.

2. I don't have a graphics card

And why would the PSU cause it to restart?
