System restarts for every 10 minutes

Hi all

My system restarts for every 10 minutes.what could be the reason ??

Tried all ,changing power supply,ram ..BUt no use.Help me

Do what Brink suggested. It will be highly important.

And, what is the wattage of the PSU that you newly applied there?
