Blue Screen Problem every time i open my PC! Cannot operate for long.

Hello, I am having severe trouble with my PC ( intel dual core 2.5 GH, 2 GB ram, MS-7528 motherboard). Every time i open my PC it restarts with a BLUE SCREEN! after trying couple of times i can turn on the pc. But if i work for some time the blue screen hits again. I changed Ram and flash my Hard drive and also changed THE CMOS battery, but did not work at all. Even i had trouble re installing windows 7 32 bit in my pc. PLEASE HELP ME! I CANNOT WORK FOR MY ASSIGNMENTS...

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.

Also, if possible, try to update the BIOS frommotherboard manufacturer's site. I have least experience with MSI. You may ask a tech shop for the BIOS update part, too.

Let us know the results. Will decide our next steps seeing those.
