Having trouble booting Windows. Have tried system repair and restore from multiple restore points and attempted startup repair infinite loop recovery. No luck so far. I've been having battery issues and have in the past recovered by using system restore.
When I start windows normally, the following screen and error appears.

I have no recovery disc and have important files on hard drive. Please help. Any advice much appreciated.
