System Service Exception win32k.sys bsod

I get a BSOD that says system service exception, usually when I turn off the PC, or restart, sleep mode but not during games. I have tested the hardware and they are running without errors (hdd-->sentinel, ssd, vga->furmark, volley, proc-->prime 95, ram-->memtest 12 hours 12 cycle), I have ran a virus scan, new config, win7 64bit, but no SP1. Could that be the problem? The auto update is disabled due to one of them making my PC lag. The version of Windows is not original.
