System tray icons

I'd like to know if there's a program, reg tweak that can make some windows XP system tray icons to not be displayed on the system tray, while the program is still running, kind of like a 'Boss Key'... To prevent other users of the same computer from closing the program.

Any help will be greatly appreciated....

EDIT: Eh, its chillout room, I guess we can't.
SOLUTION: Just block their right click privileges like they do in schools.

Yea, it's chillout room hehe, going off topic in this room seems quite fine, wouldn't you agree mickey megabyte... but it's okay, I've found a solution, and it's called "TrayIt!".

You can look it up and you'll find it quite useful if you're on a college or company network....
