System Update double?

Hello SF. Why is there a a version of the nvidia 8800gt software in windows update, when I already have the latest version? Shown below.

I have no idea, but disregard it. Only use drivers from Nvidia.

EDIT: Unless you are into beta drivers, then there are a couple of other locations that you can go to, but I'm not.

Get drivers from Nvidia, uinstall your old ones and use driver sweeper. Then install the newest ones in safe mode. 7 has driver updates although the manufacturer one's are best.
