System Volume Information

Hello,
I tried to copy some files from System Volume Information (I need and I want to make some copy of my restore points). Of course I got message Access denied. So I try to take ownership. I did it using command takeown and icacls. But still cannot do what I want to. Access denied. I red lot of win7 forums and there are many different solutions for resolving this problem. But after trying dozens of them still cannot get access to system restore points files of SysVolInf folder. Lot of people has the same problem with this and others files and folders. So there is no simple solution to push Windows to work the way we want to? System is fresh installed, NTFS files system. For any help I will be appreciated.

Boot up a Linux live CD/USB, mount your Windows partition, and you can do this easily.
