Welcome to SF :) .

I would start by updating Intel drivers, especially igdkmd64.

Test your RAM, scan for infections and file corruption for good measure.

Testing the RAM:

Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+:
   Tip

  • :info: Pay close attention to part 3 of the tutorial "If you have errors"
  • :tip: Test the RAM with Memtest86+ for at least 7-10 passes. It may take up to 22 passes to find problems. Make sure to run it once after the system has been on for a few hours and is warm, and then also run it again when the system has been off for a few hours and is cold.
When done with the testing procedure take a picture and upload it here.

Please scan for possible infection and file corruption.

Again here i am. While playing a game maybe after an hour a BSOD showed up. I've format my laptop and reinstall W7 ultimate with some updated drivers, i am not sure if they are all updated actually. I bought a new ram because when i used the memtest with my original ram there was an error.

here's the new DUMP FILE.

You stopped using the error educing RAM module right?

Please follow:
Your crash dumps are not showing any finite probable cause.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

First run it with all the existing/installed RAM modules. If it comes with no error, all is good.

But if it starts showing errors, Stop testing. Errors/red lines means one or more RAM is faulty. But the fault may occur due to a faulty DIMM slot, too, which is a motherboard component. Using memtest86+, you can discriminate between a faulty RAM and a faulty motherboard.

How? Say you have two RAM sticks and two DIMM slots. You obtained errors at the test with all RAM sticks installed. Now, remove all the sticks but one. Test it in all the available slots, one by one. Continue the same procedure for all the available sticks.
How to make the inference that is it a RAM issue or it is a motherboard issue? Suppose you have got the result like that:
test|Slot1|Slot2
RAM1| Error | Error
RAM2|Good|Good
It is a RAM, a bad RAM.

But if you have got a result like that:
test|Slot1|Slot2
RAM1| Error |Good
RAM2| Error |Good
It is a motherboard issue. The particular slot is bad.

If memtest comes free from errors, enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

   Information
Why Driver Verifier:
It puts a stress on the drivers, ans so it makes the unstable drivers crash. Hopefully the driver that crashes is recorded in the memory dump.

How Can we know that DV is enabled:
It will make the system bit of slow, laggy.

   Warning
Before enabling DV, make it sure that you have earlier System restore points made in your computer. You can check it easily by using CCleaner looking at Tools > System Restore.

If there is no points, make a System Restore Point manually before enabling DV.

   Tip

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

Yes, i stopped using the ram with errors. so can i install CCleaner or just do a system restore without it 'coz i thought it's bad to use programs like that. i'll try again testing my RAM and slots later. I played a game for about two hours with INTEL integrated graphics there was no BSOD, right now i'm thinking that the culprit is my nvidia video card. I'll keep you informed. THANK YOU

Alright so yesterday i've used windows memory diagnostic tool[extended] overnight and the result said that there's no error. Tonight i'll try memtest86. I've also checked my HDD for possible errors and this is the result

i used the SMART analysis from speedfan, and this one from seatools. my memtest showed that my newly bought ram is good and has no errors in the first slot,so should i try another one or is it good?

and here is the new files when I am trying to use the nvidia card to play i game. I'm really curious why there's no bsod when i'm using inter graphics card.

This bug check is similar to the last. But it appears that your HDD is failing
and it's better to be replaced.

Please report back the results of these diagnostic procedures:
   Warning
The Following Method Should NOT Be Performed On An SSD!

Testing the HDD:

  1. Perform a Disk Check | Disk Check- Scroll down to OPTION TWO of the tutorial and use the /R switch in the CHKDSK command | chkdsk C: /R.
  2. Then Post the Disk Check results following | This Tutorial.
  3. Once back in Windows, download Crystal Disk Info and post a screenshot (multiple shots if you have more than one drive).
  4. Download SeaTools for DOS if you don't want to use a CD to test the HDD you can use YUMI – Multiboot USB Creator to create a bootable USB (instructions are found at the bottom of both pages).
  5. If SeaTools for DOS is unable to recognize your HDD:
  6. Visit HDDdiag and follow the instructions | Or follow the instructions below.
If SeaTools For DOS does not recognize the drive;
Boot into the BIOS using the *Fx key.
Look for an entry called SATA Mode (or something similar), it should be set to IDE / AHCI.
It's probably set to AHCI which is why SeaTools doesn't recognize them in the DOS environment.
Set it to IDE then save and exit usually by pressing the F10 key.
Now boot into SeaTools and it should detect the drives.
Start the Long Test and let it run.
Upon completion don't try to boot into Windows as it will only result in a BSOD, go back into the BIOS
and change the SATA setting back to what it was in the first place.

Let us know the results.

I do see you have an nVidia driver installed but your MSINFO32 file is empty and DxDiag only reports
your integrated graphics.
Does your model have the GT 540M?

Please upload a new instance of the MSINFO32 file:

:orb:Start→ Run→ Type MSINFO32 then hit [Enter].
In MSINFO32 go to, File→ Save→ name it your user-name.
Once the file is saved right click it and choose Sent toCompressed (zipped) folder.

Attach the file in your next post.

My pleasure :) .

Apart from previously stated that the HDD might be defective, (I'm still waiting on the results!)
You can install a good known driver release and see how things fair.

Please follow this detailed quote and update the driver.

Install the 314.22 WHQL only.

  • Uninstall All nvidia items in Control Panel > Programs and features
    • 3D Vision Control Driver
    • 3D Vision Driver
    • Graphics Driver
    • HD Audio Driver
    • PhysX
    • nvidia Update
(Are you using nvidia chipset drivers? If so, dont uninstall anything other than those are listed).
  • Now follow Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling
  • Boot normally now. Download 314.22 WHQL. While installing, Select Custom (Advanced) install. In the next page, follow this settings:

Post back with the results.

Done doing that thing(driver uninstalling etc...) and so far its seems good. I played 3 games in NBA2k14, it's running smooth and i guess there's no problem because back then, whenever i play, it only takes 3 minutes then BSOD but now there is nothing. I Hope it fixed the problem, i'll keep you posted. Thank You So much. Cheers!
