Task keeps running

I have a small program in the scheduler. The program runs and finishes, however, the task keeps running. I left click and press END and the status changes to Queued. When I come back to it later it is running again.
Anybody?

I created the task. The program is a batch file that runs Acronis TrueImage Home imaging program. The Acronis completes satisfactorily.
The batch file is DOUSER.BAT;
