Solved Task Manager is completely blank, cant even close it.

See whether this helps. Right click on the top of the blank window and see whether you have a "Restore" options. Then click on that.

It appears that you have Task Manager in small footprint mode. Double clicking on any white boder area should return Task Manager back to normal.
