Solved Taskbar icon is replaced with default windows icon

I installed a program yesterday and pinned an icon onto my taskbar. I've noticed today that the icon has gone and has been replaced by the default windows icon (red, blue white). Even if I go into properties, change icon etc, nothing happens.
What can I do?

Try rebuilding the Icon cache.
