Why are the dots there though? That seems strange. No matter if it's locked or unlocked, for me, they never show up. (messing with the properties doesn't make them appear either).

Those dots show up when you load a toolbar and unlock the taskbar don't they?

I'm gonna say it's a bug due to upgrading, as alot of people have been getting random unreproducable bugs on the forum after doing upgrades.

Yes, probably. I just had a strange glitch myself! My video mode switched to basic randomly, and my wireless connection just shut off! I opened the network troubleshooter, and it said my windows wireless network service was turned off. I clicked "service with administrator privileges" or something to that effect, and bam! It fixed both the wireless and video! ?! :sarc:

Okay, you know what? I actually have an inkling something is up with Media Player, because most of my glitches happen when I'm listening to music or watching House.

Same issue.

Strange stuff, aero. I am not really sure what the problem is, but it seems like it is the build downloaded.

uhm, mine's doing it too

My taskbar does the same thing, allthough mine was fixed the same way as Quantum's, by simply pulling the taskbar to the right, and then back on the top. but every time i move it to the left side, it happens again.

i've got the 7100 (RC1) version, and an Ati X200M graphics card, so i don't think it's a Nvidia-driver-issue.
