Solved Temp folders deleting

Hi guys,
I need your help. First let me say I have Googled the heck out of this dilemma with no results.
I have run both Malware Bytes, Super spyware and even Windows Security Essentials (this took 2 hours)it found
two baddies which were deleted. The other malware detectives found a bunch of tracking cookies all deleted.
After using CCleaner and rebooting to resolve it, no results. In fact CCleaner did remove them ONCE but they come back.

This is what is happening. These are “automatically” coming back. I ran %temp% to find all my temp files
and these folders keep showing up. I said ,I ran CCleaner and these were removed once but came back again.
Please see attchment of these folders.
It seems my computer is running “OK” because I haven't had any bad happen “yet”. The only thing that is happening is the temp folder is growing with all these folders.

Please redo your attachment
Paste into Notepad and save the .txt file and upload it as such
You being infected I doubt anyone will want to download your docx file

It would also be wise to post all of the prior .txt scan results
